Felt pretty good today. Nice to finally have the temperature under 100 degrees for a mid-morning run.

Total mileage for the week = 9.18 miles. With 15 weeks till RNR Arizona I think I need to add atleast a mile to my weekly mileage topping out at about 25 a week.

Like I mentioned earlier my next goal a little later in the year (March 28, 2026) is to run the Revel Mt Charelston Marathon. I wonder how adding 1 mile to my training now for the RNR Arizona work fit into a training plan for the Revel? Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
